Dr. Goral is a kind, caring, and very experienced professional in his field. He listens to his patients and is thorough with his explanations. His office staff also provide great customer service. Dr. Goral performed knee replacement surgery for my mom and it was a success. My mom has her life back!

I have known Dr. Goral for quite some time and have gone to him at least 10 years. He is unique...a real 'talking surgeon.' I say that because I worked inside hospitals my entire career -- Boston and then, in Washington, DC. Dr. Goral is super smart, energetic, he does listen and then, answers questions if you have any. In addition, he is a 'teacher' and I always learn something new after seeing him. He is 'The Best.'

Being a professional dancer since I was 7, and working, at time, for the Royal Ballet London to producing, directing, and choreographing my own shows on cruise ships around the world , I was very worried that the profession I have worked for would end. Just end. Due to joint pain. BUT then I met Dr. Goral and he continues even today, 12SEP22 , with amazing previous hip procedures and now my knee today: my contracts are renewed— again. He is a kind person, fascinating, famous, but successful. If you have any concerns you may contact me directly. Please understand, his brilliance is well known, booking many many months in advance is mandatory . But afterwards he cares 24hours day.

I have had several visits to Dr Goral between 2015 and 2017 for AVN cause hip joint deterioration and pain. I was considered too young (39-41yo) to have hip replacement, so Dr. Goral tried his best to keep my natural hip as long as he could with steroid shots and I tried to persuade him to cut me open and take that painful thing out:) Finally, my cartilage wore off to the point when Dr. Goral agreed to do the surgery. All communication was clear before, during and after. On day number 3 after hip replacement I was already standing in the kitchen and cooking, and kept forgetting where my walker was, since walking on my own was already possible. I healed very well and wish I did not endure pain for 5 years overall after I got AVN due to prolonged prednisone treatment. Wonderful doctor, if I need to do any surgery like that (God forbid) I will definitely use Dr. Goral services.

I had a great experience with Dr. Goral from day one through the post-surgery visits from a left hip replacement August 2021. He is conservative in his approach, thoroughly knowledgeable, answers questions very well, and a fantastic surgeon. Seven weeks post-op and I am free of restrictions and working on regaining full strength - pain free now. Dr. Goral is fantastic! Keep in mind that while he talks a blue streak, everything he says is full of important details.

Doctor Goral is a very compassionate Orthopedist who gives thorough explanations, great care, and even demonstrates exercises to help in the healing process.

Dr Goral is extremely knowledgeable and shares the latest science pertaining to your situation. He is high energy but spends time (I’ve seen him four times). He steered me to first try the treatment with least side effects and it worked wonderfully. He always explains things well and answers any questions I have.

Had total hip replacement back in 10/2018 and now have no pain. I have a physical job (on my feet for 8 hours and some lifting) and didn't think I would feel normal again. He explains his procedure and what to expect afterwards. Staff is very friendly and longest wait time was no more than 15 minutes.

I've been going to this practice for years, but I've finally reached my breaking point. Useless Patient Portal, requirement to provide the same information over and over, unresponsive staff, ridiculous scheduling (several patients can, defying the laws of physics, be scheduled for the same time), unacceptable waits (typically 45 min., recently 1 hour 20 min), and a doctor who told me there was nothing wrong with my joint, despite the very noticeable swelling and continuous pain.

I’ve had 11 successful muscular/skeletal surgeries due to high impact sports, Two of those surges by Dr. Goral. He is by far the best surgeon I’ve had in every way. Heads above the others in attentiveness, explanation an outcome. I also work in the medical profession and know many MD’s and surgeons and many very good ones. It will be very hard to find one (and a practice ) that covers all the bases like this man and the group he works with.

I feel so lucky that I found Dr Goral. He did a total hip arthrplasty, anterior approach, & I'm so happy with it! I'm only on my 2nd post op day, but already feel pretty good!

Dr. Goral is the best of the best. I had knee replacement in April and about to do the other leg next week. He has many years of experience and it shows. I went home the day after surgery. No surgery is wonderful but I believe Dr. Goral made it as good as it can get. He answered all questions in a friendly helpful manner. I have already recommended him to several friends who have used his services.

Best doctor I've ever seen. Funny, warm, kind and gives you the right amount of time that you need. He knows that you want to have a short visit but he still manages to deliver the right amount of care needed in that time. Incredibly knowledgable. Excellent doctor.
