The office was disorganized and chaotic. The doctor looked like he hadn’t shaved for three days. He asked for some tests, he refused to look at results of previous tests, costing a lot of extra money. From the appointment on Dec 6th until now, Dec 17th, I have not been able to contact him or his office and they are not returning my messages. When a mutual acquaintance agreed to call him on his personal phone, the doctor blamed the entire situation on me. Avoid as if your life depends on it.

I went to my appointment for suboxone refill to get off of years of pain therapy. There was a note saying closed he won't be in till Tuesday which is 6 days after I run out. Can't get in touch with anyone. Very unprofessional

Very bad, staff is rude and very unprofessional. They don't listen they repeat rehearsed answers, and make no acceptions.

This office is amazing!! Nurse Teia is so sweet and always makes me feel so welcome! She always asked about my family and never makes me feel rushed! Dr. Janas is caring and respectful. He has very good bedside manner and always helps me with any issues I'm having!! I feel very fortunate to have such a amazing and caring doctor's office!!

Dr. Janas seems to be a dedicated, knowledgeable doctor who cares to try and make a difference in his patients' lives. Unfortunately he has surrounded himself with a staff that is not capable of supporting him. Nobody ever answers the phone there, it is extremely difficult to reach anybody. Messages do not yield any return calls. When Michelle actually did pick up the phone once, she promptly hung up on me. Great Doctor, terrible support.
