Dr. Kelly is a true family doctor!
Dr. Kelly is a true family doctor. She treats not only the body, but also the soul. Always ready to listen and understand, even in the most difficult situations. Her approach to patients is a true example of a doctor with a calling. I thank Dr. Kelly for her high professionalism! I have never met a doctor before who is so attentive and pedantic to me not only as a patient, but as a person with my own hopes and concerns.

Dr. Kelly is amazing
Yes the wait times are longer than other Dr. offices, but it is because she actually listens and takes the time to talk to her patients. I hear so many people say I wish I could get more than 5 min of my Dr.'s time, she does that and so much more. I have never been happier with a Dr. than I am with her. She is Professional, kind, and considerate. If you have a problem she will sit with you and talk to you about it how long, what are your symptoms, these are the tests that need to be run, these are the medication I am considering, how do you feel about them, theses are the major side effects. I can't say enough, if you think she doesn't listen to you then you didn't actually see her.

I am most impressed with the level of care I received by Dr. Kelly and her nurse Patti. Dr Kelly has taken the time to listen to my emotional and medical needs. In addition she explains things to me and has given me choices.

I was referred to Dr. Kelly from another patient. Dr. Kelly is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough physician! She will ensure to address any problems--particularly when reviewing family history, which is important. She also includes alternative solutions rather than "reaching to write a prescription for a drug." How refreshing! Upbeat energy with a great personality, respectful, and very professional bedside manner. I am very happy to have her as my doctor!

16 to 30 minute wait is a joke. It's more like 2 to 3 hours every time you go. She is good but has way too many patients. She should not dismiss you as a patient, because you waited over 2-1/2 hours to see her and left. But you did call the next day. I would advise you to not choose this doctor.

I'm not a patient that sees doctors regularly, but I had an appointment about two years ago at Borgess Pro Med & asked for any doctor for a prescription refill/check-up. Dr. Kelly happened to be there that day, and I was so impressed that a visit or two later- I named her my personal physician. As a male in my early 40s, I find it very refreshing to find a doctor close to my age who is as down to earth (yet skillful health educator/ coach) as Dr. Natalie Kelly.
