Best ENT we’ve had the pleasure of meeting!
Delta Medics is now part of LVH with facilities at the Steamtown Mall. While the front office staff was unhelpful when the entire mall lost internet - they wanted us to rebook my elderly disabled sister who was there in a wheelchair for an emergency appointment, while they continued to take ‘uncomplicated, e.g. ear wax cleaning using pen and paper for charts to be uploaded later. The estimated time for the internet to be back up was 2 hours. We said we’d wait. We went to lunch and when the 2 hrs was up we went back to be told the PA they’d booked her appt with would be unable to see her, call Monday to rebook. No way!The ruckus I caused up front got us to see Dr Brutico and his wonderful assistant Debbie, a most fortuitous intervention..they were both so kind and understanding. They treated my sister with respect and saw beyond her wheelchair. Her medical problem was immediately addressed and after reviewing the paperwork we’d brought, Dr Brutico made a significant change to her meds.

For those of you complaining, Dr Brutico has had a cough for the past 13 yrs I’ve seen him. I actually talked to him about it and he attends therapy for it. He’s not sick.

For starters, I went 2 times and him and his nurse were coughing up a storm both times. To the point where if I wasn’t waiting so long in the room, I would have walked out especially during these COVID times. Next, his nurse was supposed to send an insurance authorization request within 1-2 days as she told me. It has been over a week, and I can’t get a hold of her. I tried multiples times a day for the past few business days and have left voicemails. She is not returning them. This scan needs to be done soon not only for my health, but also for insurance purposes. I am so fed up.

While the provider himself appears to be knowledgeable, his office staff is all around incompetent and can't deliver on the simplest of commitments. I've had to call then over 7 times since the beginning of the new year, and my call has only been returned twice, neither of which resolved my issue.

Was referred to Dr Brutico for polyp on uvula. Was very impressed with Dr Brutico's surgical skills to excise polyp right there in office with little discomfort. He was very thorough and I had results back quickly

Not much of a personality, but is very knowledgeable. Took his time, listened to my concerns, and knew exactly what to look for. Would definitely recommend.

I don't recommend this doctor. After observing my condition, he was more interested in sharing his views with the student shadowing him than sharing the information with me. He treated me like I am an uneducated person, not providing any guidance and was pretty arrogant. My appointment with him was at 11:00 AM and he saw me at 12:20 PM.. Too much waiting time..
