Horrible, the reception at the front desk is absolutely miserable. Horrible experience going there, I would never recommend anyone to go to this doctors office everyone is inpatient and don’t act professional at all! If I could give it a lower rating i would, it’s sad when my fiancé is so sick she can’t keep nothing down and they won’t even prescribe her anything they keep saying “try the stuff over the counter” what a doctor. The moral of the story here is we switched doctors and won’t ever be back there again!!!

Horrible experience with Rome office during 1st pregnancy. The office staff was completely miserable, the wait time in the waiting room was always over 30 minutes with at least another 15 minutes in the exam room, and the doctors visits never lasted more than a few minutes. I was completely disappointed with the care at this office. I was never provided any direction. I was never scheduled for a glucose test, and the office staff had me schedule my own ultrasounds (not performed in office).

My wife and I decided to go to Rome hospital because her OBGYN said to go to Rome Hospital if she thought she may be in labor. The reason for this is because she is high risk and her OBGYN and hospital she needs to deliver at is an hour and 15+minutes away, but Rome is only 10 mins away. She thought she was in labor tonight and Dr. Desai made her feel unwelcome by saying she shouldn't come to Rome Hospital to get checked, as if she was just a bother to him. We both found it quite rude.
