Dr. Anjali Gupta, MD

I seen Dr Gupda a week ago to establish care. The visit started off well but got progressively worse the more I asked for explanations of upcoming test, blood work results etc. She does not like it when you question her. She was not prepared for the visit and did a fair amount of reviewing my chart during the visit. She asked repeatedly "what do you want from me". I think she wanted me to ask for for narcotics". I told her I needed 2 prescriptions filled(non narcotic). She said that I was a waste of her time . I have never been treated so poorly. She is a poor excuse for a doctor. Very disappointing. Very damaging. I feel totally violated!

My elderly mother had the same complaints as other patients. Dr. Gupta doesn't listen, respect patient's input, refuses requested referrals, etc. My mother switched primaries after months if not years of inaction by Dr. Gupta. Beware. Hopefully there are better, more responsive primaries in FF.

Worst Dr. EVER! Treated me like a drug seeker when in fact I has a severe case of maythurners syndrome. She wouldn't perform the angiogram I requested since I had several blood clots in past. I went to Mayo Clinic in my own, detoxing feeling very sick. Had to have emergency surgery. I had a large old.clot stuck in my pelvis. My left leg was 2" larger than the right. It was I fact the angiogram that diagnosed me after an entire year of hell seeing this dictor! She is rude, has no time for her patients, nor does she care or think that you know anything about your own body. I have now a 9"stint in my pelvis. She made me suffer extreme pain and refused to help me. I would not recommend her to even my worst enemy! She should have been fired for what she did to me!

Dr. Gupta is very stubborn & doesn’t always have a good bedside manner, nor does she always take her colleagues advice regarding a patient. I would NEVER recommend her.
