I was in for a procedure. The check-in staff was caring and friendly, but still professional. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Hanna came in, greeted me, asked me a few questions and then I was asleep. When I woke up, he was there and asked how I felt and if I had any questions. The recovery staff was friendly and caring as well.

Dr. Anis Hanna has been a very helpful as I deal with GERD, Schatzi's Ring and other esophogeal disorders. He communicates well and warmly and also frankly and with a bit of humor......always needed. The staff at the Center is great.

Dr Hanna performed a colonoscopy procedure on me. This was first, and perhaps only, encounter I had with him. He was very open to questions before the procedure and explained what he was going to do. Afterwards, he told me his observations and conclusions, and answered a few more questions. Very competent before, during, and afterwards.

As soon as I entered the surgical side of the gastro facility, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, compassion and respect. His center ran like a personalized well oiled machine. Everyone involved made eye contact and introduced themselves and what they do. Never felt like they were in a hurry although I knew they were busy. Dr. Hanna was down to earth and took his time. I would not hesitate to recommend him and staff.

The preparation for my procedure began two weeks prior. I was contacted by email, text, and phone directly from office staff and nurses. Every professional listened carefully to my questions allowing me time to share concerns. When the day came for the actual exam, I had the same experience which left me at ease and confident. Thinking I would have an appointment to meet Dr. Hanna beforehand, I was told it was not necessary. When meeting him immediately before the exam, he was very attentive assuring me that he and his staff would take good care of me. The exam was over in about 20 minutes with post-exam care at the same standards as pre-exam experiences. I left with a complete summary of the findings from Dr. Hanna in person and in written form. If anyone is looking for a gastroenterologist, I highly recommend Dr. Hanna!

First impression helps Got inside for the prep and the Technician Nurse and other staff members were pleasant and helpful explaining what the process would be. Went back for the Colonoscopy. Dr Hanna and staff did it with such ease I never knew I had one. After they stayed with me kept checking my vitals. When they we’re happy with the results they walked me out too my car where my ride was waiting. Totally impressed

I was a patient of Dr. Hanna's for a brief period of time. I found him to be kind and compassionate while discussing options for me. He spent the time I needed in talking to him. He was patient in his explanation of procedures and drugs. I never felt like I was rushed. I would recommend him to anyone!

I have had three or four colonoscopies, and this was, by far, the easiest one. Much was due to the support staff, but Dr. Hanna was great right from the start with his introduction, to my awareness of his actions near the end of the procedure, and to his finding the infection that was the cause of my discomfort.

Dr Hanna is terrific. He listens and supportive. He wanted to determine the reason for my discomfort and resolve any medical issue. His staff was great too. I highly recommend Dr Hanna.

Dr. Hanna has a warm and welcoming personality. He inspires a great deal of confidence and support for the patient. One knows that they are in excellent hands of a first-rate specialist who places the patient at ease. A few weeks ago I underwent a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Hanna. Because of my age I was very apprehensive about the procedure. Dr Hanna quickly set my mind at ease, His bedside manners are impeccable, his attention to details are exemplary. I give him a ten(outstanding) from beginning to end. I will recommend him to everyone, family, friends, acquaintances.

The routine colonoscopy with Dr Hanna went well. I was particularly impressed with the team of caregivers who readied me before (and after) - they were coordinated like a well-oiled machine. All my questions and concerns were pleasantly answered by them, and they helped me feel comfortable. Dr Hanna spoke with me briefly before the procedure, then afterwards to give me the results. He was attentive and very pleasant in his manner. This was the second one I've had with Dr Hanna, and will see him again if necessary.

Everyone at Tucson Gastro is very nice and professional. It was my first colonoscopy and I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Hannah made me laugh and made me feel at ease before procedure. He explained everything after the procedure. I was monitored frequently until I was discharged.
