Broken mallet finger did not heal
I saw the doctor shortly but mostly, I saw the person that wrapped my finger unnecessarily in a cast for six weeks a cast, and it did not heal!! It’s still crooked and swollen as it was when I first went to see him. Would not recommend.

Did not heal properly – Oct 29, 2024

Best healthcare experience I've ever had
I chopped the tip of my finger off preparing dinner, the wound became severely infected. I called Incorvaia's office and explained my situation. They changed the schedule around to get me in early and Dr. Incorvaia gave me the care I needed to treat the infection. He quickly put me on the schedule for surgery to repair my finger and it's as good as new. Dr. Incorvaia is very good at what he does. I was fortunate to be able to get care from him. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with hand or wrist issues.

Great Surgeon - not so great office staff
Dr Incorvaia did carpel tunnel surgery on my left hand - excellent job - it was going numb for about a year before but after surgery - no numbness - the front office staff could use some training on how to handle sick patients though - I had a reaction to the betadyne scrub used before surgery and went there to show the dr. he was out and the front desk was so unprofessional - but I went to the surgical center where he did the surgery and spoke with one of the RN's and she helped me figure out what caused the hives. :) He's a great surgeon -

No bed side manner
In the beginning of the year, I went to Dr. Incorvaia because the joints in my fingers are so large that I cannot sew or give haircuts anymore because of pain and I cannot fit my fingers in the scissors, the Doctor looked annoyed and said I DO NOT DO COSMETIC SURGERY, but sent me to another room where someone made me a brace, which does not help my fingers.

Very Impressed and Pleased
This was my first visit to Dr. Incorvaia. I was impressed and pleased with the services I received. Each staff member including Julie, Cassandra, Francine and Dr. Incorvaia himself were professional, personable and kind. The offices were extremely clean, as well.

I cannot overstate my disappointment with Dr. Angelo Incorvaia. My wife went on 10/04/2021 to see Dr. Angelo Incorvaia. He missed the fracture in her hand, told her the pain was due to arthritis, unnecessarily injected her hand with a cortisone shot and provided a splint that actually made her hand more painful. She tried to explain that she had no pain before her accident but Dr. Incorvaia simply brushed her off (like she didn't know what she was talking about). She went to another doctor and had the required surgery. The fracture was clearly seen on the X-ray taken 10/04/2021 at Dr. Angelo Incorvaia, MD's office. The delay in the required surgery caused further deterioration to her bone and may have caused permanent disability.

He is extremely knowledgeable , professional and caring. He has performed surgery on me twice - for a broken wrist as well as an infected finger. Not only was the surgery a success, but I teased that he also must be a plastic surgeon...very little scarring. The staff if also most pleasant.

Dr. Incorvaia ordered surgery for my 66 year old mother, she needed to be fasting and they scheduled her surgery at 10:30am. At 11:30am I was advised that the doctor was running behind. They brought her in around 12pm. Dr. Incorvaia performed surgery on 2 (if not more) patients that were scheduled hrs after my mother. I asked to speak with someone and they confirmed that he’s performed surgery on patients that got there after my mother due to “a machine issue.” The head nurse came back saying that Dr. Incorvaia said that he marked my mother’s arm when he hadn’t even acknowledged her, he just signed 2 pieces of paper and left. He gave the ok to bring her to the O.R. at 1:50pm. My mother had not had anything to eat or drink since 9pm last night. He lacks empathy and consideration towards his patients. This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced and I’ve been working in the medical field for over 12 years. Please look for another doctor!

He is very busy but very well organized to process the variety of hand and wrist problems he sees. He has a "system." His front office people are very very nice! He answers questions but may not volunteer much. BUT he is an absolute surgical master! As a nurse practitioner for > 40 yrs, and, myself, subject to 4 major joint replacements and other surgeries, he did a masterful job on my finger. It looks natural, (better than before), the scar is thinner than a hair follicle and well placed so as not to be irritated by rings going on and off, recovery was essential painless, he has a brace person on site for transition from cast to brace, the associates who help with phone medical questions, changing dressings, and x-rays are kind, gentle, and friendly. What more do you want? I will add, however, if you have an appointment in the early part of the week, when he sees the weekend emergency room referrals, you may wait 1-2 hrs. Bring something to read. He (and his team) are worth it!

Dr. Incorvaia and his staff ate 100% on point. I came in there as an emergency, my fingers were practically cut off from a table saw. They took me right in , got me stabilized and he operated the next day. I have 100% use of my hand!! Amazing surgeon, Jerry is a great physical Therapist and very caring staff. Thanks for everything Jimmy Tassi :) :)

Dr. Incorvaia is amazing! I went to see him about a problem with index finger which had caused me pain for almost two years. Was previously diagnosed by a different doctor with osteoarthritis but later after my visit with Dr Incorvaia and the pain I had when just bumping my finger he did a surgery and found a small piece of bone had been pressing on a nerve. He was able to remedy the problem and surgery was performed as out patient. I'm so happy I went to see him and would recommend him to everyone. He and his staff are so friendly and helpful and staff at surgical center he uses are also incredible.
