New Patient
I am a new patient of Dr. Brown. I have anxiety with doctors typically, but Dr. Brown was so welcoming it was as if I was speaking to a friend. I will be keeping all appointments.

Cannot get this doctor to keep my blood pressure and asthma inhaler prescriptions filled!! I call for refill on the 6th of November on blood pressure meds and have to call every day to ask for refill. Today the 14th they tell me I must make an appointment before they will refill. Meanwhile my blood pressure is at 225/125 and am on my way to the ER now. Would not even rate them one star but it forced me to rate at least one.

I have been her patient for at least 10 years. She is patient, kind and very smart. She treats me as a person, and counsels based on my life and individual circumstances.

My daughter had a severe side effect to a medication that Dr. Brown prescribed. She could not get up and call her so I called. The doctor told the emergency contact person that my daughter is grown and I shouldn’t be calling for her. I am listed as her emergency contact person and she was ill from the medication. I explained that before the emergency person texted the doctor. This doctor has no empathy for others, she is very rude. My daughter just wanted her medication changed. She is a new patient of Dr. Brown’s and will not be returning to her. In fact because of Dr. Brown we will not be a part of the Methodist network. She put a sour taste in my mouth about The Methodist Network.

I Love Dr Brown , very professional and easy to talk to. When my Mom died she was so kind and considerate. However,?i don’t like the attitude of the Nurse Practitioner at all. I switch Doctor’s because I can’ and I won’t let her talk to me like I am ignorant.

I've been a patient for years! She is amazing...spends time with you, listens, has a fantastic bedside manner, and when I showed up for a previous appointment last week for my son, they had told me she was sick. I was not very happy because the nurse practitioner is not her. I decided to see the nurse practitioner anyway and still prefer Dr. Brown. I give her 20 stars!!!!!

My grandmother passed away in the hospital and she was a patient of Dr. Brown's. Dr. Brown was supposed to sign the death certificate in order for us to remove the body from hospital to be cremated. She didn't sign the certif until 7.5 days later even though we called her office 3-4 times a day asking why it isn't done. She finally did it when the physicians director contacted her. I was told that she sees a lot of patient and she was busy. Now we had to change the memorial date. No remorse.
