Doesn't care or can't keep up.
Over a year ago I started seeing Dr shiue, things were fine at first and communication was good. I then wound up in the ER with symptoms of a heart attack and I had the report sent to her office direct from the ER. The next week I still hasn't heard back, I went in and asked why they hadn't contacted me about it then watched one of the office staff start rummaging through papers hurriedly as if she just forgot to ever say or do anything about the report. The Dr then said she would review it. I never heard back and I quit going. Then I called in over a week ago since my prescription for heart arrhythmia has expired and her practitioner said she would have a new prescription called in and then ser an appt for me to come in again to have a check up. I agreed. They never called that in either and now I'm out of heart pills and emergency refills. No big deal right?
