Dr. Angela Bookout, DO

I went to her two maybe three times, I actually liked her until I got a phone call saying she no longer did skin checks and my appointment was cancelled. I was told I would have to find another dermatologist. How can you be a dermatologist if you don’t do skin checks?

Dr. Bookout is a great Dermatology Doctor. She was very thorough and did an excellent job of removing the skin cells that caused me concern. I have another appointment with her in March. She is my first choice every time.

I love Dr. Book out and her staff. Very courteous and caring.

The first time seen Dr. Bookout I was impressed with the visit she checked my whole body from bottom to top. I've been to dematologists before and never checked like that. The second visit was about a month after back surgery and she was very gentle and compassionate. I am scheduling my 3rd annual appt now. I would and Have highly recommended Dr. Bookout.

Professional yet personable. Explained findings clearly. When I stated I did not understand a word or phrase, it was clarified to me. I would recommend Dr. Bookout.

We initially went there for acne treatment and to have a facial lipoma removed. Six months after we started treatment (expensive medicine) the acne is not better and the lipoma has returned and needs to be removed again. The lipoma surgery took less than five minutes and the bill was over sixteen hundred dollars. This was our experience and I would not want anyone else to have to go through this.

I went in for a full body scan because I am 30 & have never been to a dermatologist & my grandpa died of stage 4 melanoma. Dr.bookout informed me that my grandfather didn’t put me at risk, she did this by basically asking me why I was even there & dismissing my concern about my grandpa. She didn’t ask a single question about sun exposure or anything else. She did a very quick scan & spoke only to the nurse barely acknowledging me. I felt like I did something wrong by being there. I won’t be back

Worst piece of painful cutting on me, and lack of compassion as it was being done, ever experienced in my 77 years on this planet. And after having a second MOHS surgery performed some months later, by a different doctor, it only reinforced my poor opinion of Anglela Bookout!

Dr. Angela Bookout is awesome! I Today was my second visit and she performed a surgical procedure to remove a large under skin cyst on my chest. Never felt a twinge of pain from beginning to end. She and her staff are great. I highly recommend her arena will continue to use her services!

I give Dr. Bookout a 5 star rating. She is very nice, polite and professional. She is very considerate and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone with a problem with their skin.

Dr. Bookout and staff are always friendly and make the patient and family feel at ease...Dr. Bookout and her nurse always take the time to answer any questions you or your family may have..my mother and husband both have had skin cancers removed, my mother was especially pleased at how patient they were with her. We could not be any more pleased with our results
