No Problems, Great Results
Not sure why my experience was so great when there seems to be a number of unhappy people (almost all left no details) but getting an appointment took maybe a week, waiting time was about 30 minutes (much of that time was filling out forms) the doctor came in looked it over, told me he could excise it that day, I said "do it" took a few minutes to setup, actual removal took maybe 10 minutes with him asking every minute or 2 if was I in any pain (I never was) and it was done, nurse gave me instructions on how to care for it which I followed religiously (which might explain why my results have been exceptional) and I was out in my car if less than 90 minutes.

I was a patient of Dr. Pynes in Huntsville. My last appointment I waited for 45 minutes in the waiting area. I was with the Dr. for less than 10 minutes and they charged me for 25 minutes. He prescribed me Otezla and it was to go thru a certain pharmacy and gave me a two week sample pack. The pharmacy said it would take about two weeks to get the prescription approved. I waited two week to start the sample pack and thought it would be approved any day. When I got down to 3 days left I called the pharmacy and they said it was taking longer to get approved than usual. They said I should call Dr. Pynes office and get another sample pack. It was Friday so I had to leave a message on their answering service that said the call would be returned. It has never been returned to this day. I called the office and a lady listened to the whole story and said she was going to connect me to the proper person. It went to another office number that said the mailbox was full and disconnected.
