Dr. Hendrick rudely stated he washed his hands when I asked him if he was going to put on some gloves prior to administering shots. He was supposed to put on gloves for that procedure to prevent infection but didn't. Even during a pandemic he refused to considerate of the patient's health. He was sure to protect himself by advising others to keep their mask on. He cut me a sharp look when I asked if he had allowed enough time for the numbing drops to take affect. He acted as though he was above being asked any questions about his techniques. The shots he administered were painful.

I highly recommend Dr. Hendricks. He is very nice, answers all questions, remembers me/family with me. He did a great job on my very detached retina.

I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, caring physician when I suffered a retinal detachment. Sat with me, explained the situation and my options, calmed my fears during such a traumatic event. A retinal detachment happens out of the blue and has to be treated immediately. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Hendrick and highly recommend him.
