This doctor initially tries to project a humble and caring demeanor but it quickly becomes apparent he is arrogant and impatient. During my last two appointments he has made patronizing and insulting comments. He does not listen to my input regarding symptoms. If you want a doctor that acts as a healthcare partner, stay away from this physician.

He changed
At first, Dr. Bailey appears humble. As one gets to know him, he's actually verbally abusive & very demeaning. As a surgeon, he's very good. His bedside manner needs improvement. Disappointed.

He was very thorough and clearly discussed my expectations. Not only is he my ophthalmologist, I have the honor of working with him within the hospital setting, his patients love him. He is NOT arrogant as a later review stated, he is honest, humble, no nonsense and does an excellent job.

I believe you will not accept a realistic evaluation, but I think our community should be made aware of the risk involved by choosing Dr. Andrew K Bailey for eye surgery. He is impatient, arrogant. I will not let this go. Edy Webb

No, A little to arrogant. Doesn't like to answer questions and talks down to family members when they ask questions. It happened twice in past two office visits.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bailey. Everything was top notch from the office personnel to the follow up after a procedure. I was really amazed when he called after the procedure to assure I was doing ok. Instead of the normal call from a nurse, he calls his patients himself. I like that.
