I wish everyone could have a Dr. Repphun
I have been seeing Dr. Repphun for around 8 years now, and I wish I could refer everyone to her. She is kind, compassionate, empathetic and really takes her time with you while you are in the office. I am a fat woman who has been hearing about and seeing examples of medical fatphobia my entire life - but Dr. Repphun has always treated me like an individual and not just a number on the scale. One of my biggest fears is that she retires and I'm forced to find a new primary care provider.

She missed a huge uterine fibroid during my annual exam. Another doctor easily found it within 3 weeks of my visit to her. I'm not a fan of her bedside manner. She asked alot of personal questions that felt very intrusive and unnecessary. Also, I asked to be referred for permanent surgical birth control and either her or her staff referred me to a low-income family planning clinic that hands out condoms. Insulting. Whether that was an honest mistake or not it doesn't speak well for the service.

I made an appointment with Dr. Andrea Repphun after years of putting off appointments due to anxiety. She was helpful, compassionate, and helped me take the next steps based on my comfort and not her decisions or opinions. I've recommended her to friends that have had similar experiences. I trust her and my doctor-related anxiety has absolutely lessened since visiting her office and I appreciate her awareness and consideration.
