On multiple occasions, I have found Dr. Emiliano to be prompt, courteous, professional and reassuring on multiple occasions.

I live in Ct and went into NYC for a bone density scan and evaluation with Dr. Emiliano. before going in, I asked if I needed an Rx for the scan. They set me up with a scan at their facility the morning before my appointment. They took a picture of the wrong hip-notes unclear. The doctor also mentioned that since my previous scans were done in CT on a different machine she wouldn't have a good comparison., but she said after I went over to get another scan, they would set up a video call to discuss. Based upon the lack of accurate guidance above-I asked a few questions and she asked if I was looking for someone to blame??? I was just trying to get some information so next time, I was sure I went to the right place and had the right bones scanned. After many calls the past 2 months, I still don't have a diagnosis, know if I should continue to take my medication, or have any of my follow up questions answered. YET they want me to pay for the visit because she prepared for meeting.
