My mother cancelled the appointment 2 times. I cancelled and said we will re-schedule at a later date. Not 15 minutes later I got a text confirming my appointment for the following week. I cancelled it yet again. On the phone, and through the text message. Now, I have yet another appointment to confirm for a date I didn't want. How ignorant can the office staff be to continually re-schedule unwanted appointments after specifically asked to not to.
