If I could leave negtive stars I would
Amy has never treated me as a person with health concerns. She has always treated me as if I was drug seeking and never showed one once of understanding what I was saying or how I was feeling.

Over the course of several years I have come to feel very comfortable with Dr Hays. Although she does not come across as overly caring as some Dr.'s she is careful and thorough and lets the patient express their concerns. She is not quick to suggest "pills to cure all ills" but instead looks to see what changes you can make to help yourself to better health in conjunction with what medicine can do for you.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hays for several years now. I too have no problem giving her 5 stars. She is thorough and gathers as much information as possible and spends as much time as needed for your appt. I am very particular about my doctors and I truly believe she is a good doctor. I trust her completely!!

I know my body and health problems pretty well, but Dr. Hays seemed to think she knew them better. While she was helpful with some things, I found her arrogant and unhelpful when it came to things that mattered. She also was uninterested in helping, and had no interest in me as a patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Hays for several years, and I would hate to ever have to find a new one. I have been from doctor to doctor, and I can honestly say she is one of the best. She genuinely cares about me and my well-being, she gives me a generous amount of her time during every appointment, and her examinations are thorough with many questions and answers for me. I took my mother to her once and she was just as caring and thorough. I can easily give her a full five stars.

Dr. Hays passed judgement on me, and didn't listen to what I was saying. She just sat there writing and only looked at me on occasion and acted arrogant, as if I was making it all up. I got another doc, went to a gastrologist and was put on steriods, and improved.
