Rude starting with the First Appointment. In the first appointment she was demanding, rude and came across as frustrated. I didn't say a word yet she then justified her attitude. I thought to myself oh my gosh, how many times has she been called out for this behavior that she immediately defends it? She obviously recognized her behavior. As I had a lot to deal with medically, I decided to let it go but felt like I had to walk on eggshells in subsequent appointments. When I began meeting other member of my medical team, I was afraid to speak up to the other doctors for fear that they'd jump all over me but they've really been so good to work with. And then later, when I told her about issues of concern, again she was rude and defensive. Dr. Kapadia left me with the impression that advocating for yourself was not acceptable to her and you either take it or leave it.

Dr. Kapadia has been my doctor for three years. In that time she has been professional and personable. and timely with her communication with me. I would indeed recommend to family and friends. My visits are not rushed, appointments are on time and her assistant Judy is efficient, kind and maintains a good humored approach to the client. I could not expect a better medical experience.

She was extremely cold and lacked any sort of empathy for her patient. She seemed incredibly stressed and was very short with me in the 4 minutes I saw her. She yelled and me and be little me, when I expressed my concern for my rapidly declining health. At the time I was only 20, I began feeling ill and it gradually got worse. When I expressed my concern, she screamed, NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOU and how I needed to manage my emotional health before anything. So unprofessional and uneducated.
