Dr. Amber Krol, DO

Dr. Krol is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She's been my GYN for 7 years. I have never felt judged by her, or had any negative experience with her. I actually like going to see her, and can talk to her very easily. Wait times are quick, she spends enough time with me in the exam room, addresses all my questions and concerns, values my opinion, and overall, makes me feel comfortable, and cared about. As a matter of fact, all of the staff at the Lancaster office have been polite, friendly, and helpful to me over the years. If there's ever some reason that a nurse needs to call you back, they call promptly. Dr. Krol has even called me personally a few times, which is not typical these days, so that kind of service is greatly appreciated. The office itself is clean and organized (the bathrooms are always spotless!) I will continue to be a loyal patient of Dr. Krol, and OBGYN Associates of WNY as long as possible. Two thumbs up!!

Dr. Krol is an excellent OB/GYN. She’s very attentive to your needs, She goes above and beyond what I expected as an OB/GYN. She takes the time necessary when you are in her office and treats you as a person. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an OB/GYN, she’s the best !

Dr.Krol was the on-call doctor for my c-section. I had to have my c-section a week early, so although I knew that was the end plan due to a breech position, it took me by surprise to have the baby a week early. Dr.Krol talked me through it when I became visibly upset and assured me my older daughter could come to see my prior to the surgery. Great doctor!

Exceptional obgyn and very attentive. She took care of my pregnancy and C section twice...

Down to earth, really listens to you, and has a way of making you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Dr krol is simply amazing. She helped me in so many ways. She also was amazing for my pregnancy.

I had a pregnancy with some issues early on and Dr. Krol was so understanding of my anxiety, she brought me in for reassurance sonograms as often as I wanted. Always able to fit me in on short notice if there were any issues. Unfortunately my pregnancy ended at 10 weeks with a missed miscarriage and a d&c but her compassion and support through the whole process really sticks with me. Hopefully I’ll be going back to her with a future pregnancy.

My daughter had a pregnancy complication and required an emergency c section at 32 weeks. Dr Krol's compassion, professionalism, and expertise were second to none. She really put our minds at ease. Thank you Dr. Krol.
