Best doctor I have ever had. Smart and exceptionally caring. Handles more complex situations immediately and intelligently. Listens to your concerns. Does her best to work with you when you have a busy work schedule. Follows up on everything. She’s the best.

Dr. Shearer, is a very good, knowledgeable & family doctor that honesty cares about her patients, she has help me & my family, if there something not going on quite right, she will fix you right up, if she can’t do it, there no hesitation to send you somewhere where they can, example like, my heart didn’t sound right, she sent me to get check out, same with back, I been dealing with pain most my life, said there no need anybody to live with it, sent me right then to get fixed, now I have no pain after healing from back surgery, my daughter wasn’t having bad stomach pains, no hesitation to send her to get check out at two different places, now she scheduled for gallbladder surgery, reckoned all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart & I hope she stays in practice here in Tallahasse for rest of life!!

Dr. Shearer is what all doctors should aspire to be. Patient, cares about YOUR comfort and concerns, answers all of your questions and never makes you feel rushed, empathetic, and intelligent. She has never made me feel bad about anything and helps ease my SERIOUS fear of the doctor. She never pressures you into anything and seems to trust your knowledge of your body, too. She tried to help you be at your best and healthiest and is simply wonderful! My worst fear now is her leaving!

I highly recommend doctor Shearer. She is a wonderful and knowledgeable and very Patient friendly. she does treat you like a part of the family with concern and honesty. I have recommended many people to her and she is a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Shearer has been my primary doctor since she was in her residency. She is an amazing person who cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable and professional and I don't dread going to the doctor when I see her and I have a serious case of "white coat syndrome". Regarding reviews about wait time, there have only been a couple times I have had to wait but there have been many more times when she spent additional time with me to make sure I was getting the care I need. She does not rush.

Dr. Shearer is easy to talk to, listens to what you have to say and is knowledgeable in her field.

I actually like seeing my doctor. She clearly cares for her patients & has helped change my life for the better. Also, she got to know me a bit before my first well-woman exam. I've had a somewhat traumatic gyn experience elsewhere that made me feel even more grateful that I found a doctor with a far better, empathetic, careful approach to patients. She's cheerful, young--around my age which I found to be a plus. Despite that, she seems quite experienced. Thank you for your work!

I've been going to Dr. Shearer for several years now, and I have had nothing but good experiences. She has a great bedside manner. She does not rush her patients, so if you are waiting, it's because she gives each patient the time to address their issues. Great doctor!

Excellent bedside manner and cheery disposition. She takes the time to listen to any concerns I may have and has been quick to help me get into to see necessary specialists. Other than one phone call, the other staff have always been friendly to me. I've never had a long wait or been in the waiting room with more than one or two other patients.

Doctor has an excellent "bedside manner", listens well & is seems to care @patients. Follow up w/ patients -not so good w/ unresolved medical issues. It's necessary to complain or be "squeaky wheel" in order to get information, get nurses to return calls & to schedule appointments, all an indication the doctor needs better office/care coordination mgmt. All r friendly & attentive while one is in there, but actions outside of office lead one to conclude they don't really care @ patient health.

The staff and Dr. Shearer are great! Dr. Shearer spends time with me and let's me know she cares.

Dr. has a great personality. Doesn't seem to want to spend much time with me though. Really rush rush. Her nurse is a great example of this generation and their degrading social skills. I also caught her lying to me. Now that was scary!

Staff are rude and unprofessional. If you value your personal time, don't go to this Doctor because the wait time is horrible. The waiting room is also small and uncomfortable. And I thought dealing with Comcast was bad..

Dr. Shearer is nice, but the wait when you have an appointment is ridiculous. I thought the room where the doctor sees patients could be a little more cozy, especially for yearly women's physical appointments. The nurse could dispense the tools they use on you for paps right after using them so they aren't right there on the table as you're gettinging dressed.

Dr. Schearer is very pleasant and friendly. She listens to her patients and adjusts her treatments accordingly. Everyone in the office is kind and relaxed, we never feel like we are an inconvenience like some offices. The space is neat, clean, and comfortable.

Dr. Shearer is competent and caring. She goes above and beyond to coordinate care for me and my family. We LOVE her!
