He was very thorough and he was understanding when I had to ask for repeats a couple of times JUST due to him wearing a mask and I have a hearing loss. All doctors I've experienced seem to be pretty understanding, but he was more due to being an ear/nose/throat doctor. He did try to apparently "keep me on track" because he mentioned once about what was my "goal" (which could be perceived as being more "clinical" by some of us older folks. But my husband was in the app't with me and he explained that I was giving too much other information. So in fairness to the Doctor, I understand he needs to ask relevant questions and get relevant answers that pertain to my particular issues that I came for. I just sometimes try to fill in on things I think might be helpful. I understand that doctors have to see a lot of patients and time Is Important.
