Dr. Kenneth L Gwinn

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Kenneth’s office. I originally scheduled an appointment for December 5, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me that my appointment had been changed to the previous day without my knowledge or consent. The staff claimed the change was due to the doctor being fully booked, but I was never notified or asked for confirmation.I explained that I had taken a day off work specifically for this appointment, but the receptionist showed no concern and stated there was nothing they could do to help. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction.This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unacceptable. I do not recommend this office to anyone, as they appear to prioritize their own convenience over respecting their patients’ schedules.

This was a tekehealth visit after 2 visits in October and December. I've been discouraged bc U of M (where Dr. G wanted to send me) would not help. Gwinn was my only hope. So happy we could connect ... finally. I wish that the doctor had told me before I was his first case like this in 35 years of healing people. I also wish he had made a call to U of M sooner. I name many calls to both places in the last 3 months. That's difficult to do when it's hard to speak, swallow and are a choking risk.

I was recommended to see Dr. Gwinn & I am glad I did. He has helped me with exams, tests, surgery & speaks in an easy, understandable way. Staff has been good. Only negative is the wait time in the office. I understand he’s a key guy but it’s always taken 0.5h-1h+ to be called back. Seems that there has to be some better organization & coordination. My time is important too. For that, it’s less than a 5 experience.

Dr Gwinn and his staff are great and I appreciated his perspective and advice. Support staff was very professional as well. The only problem was an excessive wait time. I waited 65 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Ironically, the sign on the wall across from the exam chair stated, “ We respect your time”. I like the facility, staff, and doctor. They do need to work on scheduling process to be on time.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Gwinn is always clear and informative.

Dr. Gwinn and his entire stuff were wonderful

Doctor is good and knowledgeable but the nurse says are not so good not helpful.

Dr. Gwinn is a good listener, is very compassionate and explains things clearly. He patiently listens to every question and is always willing to explain something again if needed.

Dr Gwinn treated me years ago, he diagnosed me with my Atypical migraines that present as sinus headaches. Our insurance changed and I had to change drs. I saw another ENT a few years ago and all they wanted to do is a quick fix. I was so happy when I found Dr Gwinn again under Harmony Center. He has been so helpful and understanding that I wanted to find the cause of my issues not just a quick fix when my ear is blocked. He had me go through some testing and found issues I had no clue I had. I have acid reflux, gerd, allergic rhinitis in addition to migraines. You may have to wait, but he will spend as much time as needed with you.

I was so pleased with the doctor. The PA and the MA There was no rush to get me in and outDr Gwinn explained exactly what he had to do. I was amazed at the amount of time they spent with me.

Dr Gwinn is very compassionate and knowledgable. He is able to treat cases that may not follow the typical path.

It was a very great assessment during this visit. I really liked the way the office is run. Nice/Friendly/Professional Staff. Dr Gwinn takes the time in teaching. The only thing is, I had an 8:45am Appt. Dr Gwinn prescribed 2 Meds, Pepcid 40mg po qd PRN, and medication for oral thrush. I had to call the office twice, since it wasn’t called into my CVS until 26 hours later. Other than that he’s the best ENT I’ve ever been to. He figured out how to decrease my sinus infections that trigger my asthma. I’ve had Chronic Asthma for 23 years, no one has been able to do this like Dr Gwinn.

I have referred Doctor Gwinn numerous times and will continue to do so. I love Doctor Gwinn and the office. I don’t love how long it’s been taking lately to get in. But once you get in it was well worth it. If you have an issue and are in pain, you always get in ASAP. Just for the regular or follow up appointments that can be a challenge.

Dr Gwinn took his time and was very thorough and caring. He answered any questions and concerns.

I have been seeing Dr Gwinn for 13 years and he is very caring and takes time to explain everything to you. He has made a huge change in my health.

Was examined promptly and received clearly explained diagnosis of my problem.

Dr. Gwinn was very thorough, he went through my CAT scan and told me precisely what I needed to do.
