she does NOT care about patients
The staff here do not care about you, ESPECIALLY THE DOCTORS. They will never give you a call back when needing to speak with a doctor or need a prescription refill or change. I’ve called multiple times over the last 2-3weeks for Dr. Khan to change a prescription and send it to my pharmacy before I leave for vacation. I have never once gotten a call back from anyone. I had to keep calling back and they said they’ve given her urgent messages which she obviously ignored. I had one representative go up to her in person for me and she said she would send the medicine that day to my pharmacy. I went to pick it up and they sent nothing. Called back during business hours in the morning, again they confirm she has many urgent messages about me and my medicine and tell me they will make sure she sees it. I call as soon as their hours are ending for the day and I was told Dr. Khan is gone for the day and she didn’t put anything in for me. Thats amazing because I leave at 3am for vaca

Was seen on a timely basis. I have had a serious medical condition happen to me since the last timeI saw her. She was aware from the reports from the other hospital. She had empathy and spent enough time with me.
