I really liked Dr. Pollan. In Jan the office contacted me by email to tell me that the Dr was out & but she reviewed my blood work & advised I see a hematologist ASAP. I responded to the email & then received an auto response The office is currently closed for relocation & we wont be responding any email...You will receive a formal detail letter by mail, we appreciate your understanding & advise you to please find a interim physician to take over your needs. Hope she is ok, no letter received

At first it was hard getting through to her office. At my last visit she assured me that she had a new staff and that would not be the case. My husband and I were both patients of hers. Just received a call from a blocked number stating that my appointment with Dr. Pollan has been canceled and the office is closed until further notice. She closed her office without any warning to her patients and I am now at a loss as to how to get my medical records.

After treating my husband for 2 1/2 years, she has disappeared! Was seeing my husband for liver complications. We last saw her in Oct 2015. Our early Jan 2016 appt was cancelled by her office. My husband had a liver transplant in Dec 2015 and she doesn't even know about it because we CANNOT reach her. Think she just abandoned everyone. Shame on her!!! A letter of some sort would have been sent!
