I went to see Dr Grisales for the first time yesterday, and my wife and I were so impressed with the time spent to read all my X-rays and MRI’S and how he breaks it all down for you. I have never been to a pain management Doctor that was so caring, experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable . I am so grateful I finally found a doctor that truly wants to help me get my life back. His front office is so clean and all his employees are so supportive and kind ready to help in any way they can as well. I have had 20 back procedures and 4 open back surgeries since 2003. When my ins co denied paying a claim because it was coded as an aut accident Pan American Pain made is clear that they would not see me unless I paid them $300. When you deal with failed back surgeries you are dependent on your medication. So, I have no choice, thinking I’ll get it straightened out in a couple of weeks. Nope, second month same payment demand this time was, 218.45 and again the ransom on the third month was 366.40. All this time I’m trying to communicate to my insurance there is no auto accident. In Dec. Pan American was completely paid through their contractual agreement with my insurance company, but now with me requesting a refund from the three previous months they won’t talk with me. Their accounting office is mismanaged. I have spoken with Hunter who agreed they owe us a refund and they were just figuring out the correct balance after two conversations with her, she now will not return my calls,

I worked for Dr. Grisales for 1 yr. Only because Dr.Barsa didn't care for me and he was rude & condescending with bo respect. However Dario and I. Became close... we worked well together! Best Dr. I ever worked for in 10 yrs. He understands all patients are in some kind of pain. He will get the bottom of it for a proper diagnosis & best treatment options. Which include everything from pain management meds like Oxycontin, MS-Contin, Methadone, OxyIR 30mg, Duragesic Fentanyl Patches at proper doses with titration. He will offer Injections and other options that most patients take and they work because he is one of the BEST in the FL top 5 hands down. Seeing Dr. Grisales!He not only the best I overworked for, at times he trusted me so much he would hand me the chart and say Michael...tell me ..what do you think? Really you want my input. After my visit with pt and history. His pain meds needed doubled. He agreed! Pt couldn't afford the Fentanyl pump. Many pts the Injections helped alot!

I come from a family of loyalty, trust and respect. I have seen this doctor since before he opened his own practice. Now, it seems as if every time I go, I speak to a stranger who doesn’t listen to me and acts as if I have never been there before! On the rare occasions I see the actual doctor (not an Advanced Registered Practical Nurse), I hear more about the clinic’s problems — not mine. It has come to a point where I RECORD EVERY VISIT.! I fear the all-cash THC (“medical marijuana”) side-business has taken priority over legitimate patients in need! I am searching for a doctor who is much like the once loyal, trustworthy and respectful Dr. Grisales used to be.
