Friendly staff from receptionist , office manager to Dr.Acon who is caring , friendly and knows what she is doing.

Dr. Acon is amazing but unfortunately the same cannot be said about her office manager. Condescending, rude, lazy. Better off looking for a different OB unless you like “NO” as an answer and absolutely no help if there are issues with billing.

This office left me without a doctor's meds or any care whatsoever while being 5 months pregnant and just getting out of the hospital. They just dropped me as a patient and told me to figure it out or to change my insurance just to see a dr they wanted instead of picking or helping me pick one through the insurance I have. The staff are lazy and don't help people navigate the difficult steps of dealing with the insurance. They lied to me and told me things were not covered under my insurance because they wanted to pocket the money. Don't go to this office. I've had nothing but problems with them since day one they are unprofessional, and they have nasty attitudes they don't care about the wellbeing of the mother or the baby if they can just drop a person like they are nothing.

The Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Clearly hates her job. She is in a bad mood, speaking horribly to people. Unhelpful with any occasion, seems like she enjoys it.

The manager of this office is horribly rude, nasty and unprofessional!

Dr. Acon herself was friendly. The office staff are absolutely horrible, they are just rude and lazy. They refuse to do their job and get snappy when being questioned about. I made the mistake of not looking at the office reviews before going and now starting from square one with another physician's office. I don't understand after seeing all these reviews about her staff how she would keep them their working for her.

Dr. Alicia Acon is very kind and attentive, I have always felt very safe of having her like my doctor. I had two c sections with her, also had preeclampsia in both pregnancies, Dr Acon acted wisely, supportive and was ready to attend any of my questions. I am very grateful and recommend her to anyone looking for the best OB GYN

Excellent Ob/Gyn! Dr Acon explained with detail and patience any concern I had during my pregnancies, and now for maintaining my reproductive health. Staff is great. Wait time is ok.

I was the 1st appt. and still Dr. Acon was 15min late. The medical assistant spent 20 minutes asking me my health history and placed me in a room. After waiting an additional 15 minutes in the room, Dr. Acon came in rushing and it was evident she had not read the thorough notes her assistant had taken. Dr. Acon came in and immediately begun asking if I was pregnant, planning on getting pregnant, why I was not pregnant or have kids and do I want to freeze my eggs to get pregnant. She reminded me of my escalating age, performed my pap exam, wrote a prescription for a "possible" yeast infection and left. Dr. Acon spent no more than 5 minutes in the room. It felt so fast, I blinked and she was gone. It has been 6 months and I still cannot get anyone on the phone for my pap results. Why did her pregnancy questions bother me so much? Because as I provided to her assistant, I medically cannot have children. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Reviews said she had "bedside manner" They must've been pregnant. :-(

Dr Acon kept calling me "Mommy" Dr you are educated stop doing that! I was super offended. She was rough, asked her to be more gentle she said she couldn't. Office is run down. Nurse couldn't even look me in the face when she was talking like I was not human. Felt like I would catch a disease there. YUCK will never go back

I will never go back to this doctor, did not explain anything, very rude. She wanted me to agree on having surgery as soon as possible gave me no alternative. She is only worried about getting people to have surgery for the money. It was a horrible experience.

Dr Acon is hands down wonderful. She always treated me great and kept my concerns at ease. She did my delivery and literally stayed on the floor the whole time which was needed as it was quick. She was the calm in the storm. She works in a fairly tight schedule but you’ll understand why. She lives in her scrubs because she’s always getting called to the hospital but she doesn’t let that cut into your appointment time. I only had 1 appointment cancelled because she had an emergency surgery to do. Which is COMPLETELY understandable. She has been the best gyno I have had.

I was very disappointed with the office staff at my appointment with the doctor and their office “policy”. I arrived to this appointment having a printout of my policy info, insurance name, and Group number for my insurance printed out from My Chart since I could not find my insurance card. This print out has been accepted at other doctors and procedural appointments that I’ve had. I arrive and they gave me a 6 page document to complete before asking me for my insurance info. This took me about 20 min to complete. I proceed to give them my printout from My Chart and they told me I could not be seen because I did not have my insurance card. What kind of compassion is that for patients? I work for Memorial and have Memorial insurance! I am there for MEDICAL CARE! My HR said they should have accepted My Chart insurance info. It is poor, inconvenient and unacceptable that a patient would be turned away for not having their actual card. That is not patient centered care, I will not be back.

Dr. Alicia is an amazing doctor, great bedside manners, knowledgeable, kind, caring, everything you can hope for in a doctor. She tackles the problem right on the spot and goes beyond her means to help their clients. SADLY, her staff is HORRIBLE! If you arrive just a couple of minutes later, you just wasted your time and efforts that God knows the odds that took you to get there. The staff in the front tells you "sorry, you were late, you will have reschedule." There is nothing we can do. Mind you, I was 5 minutes late. Dr. Alicia in order to be a doctor 3.0, you need a staff that represents you. Fire them all! Hire people with compassion that do the same job that you do as a doctor. You staff literally is the worst i have encountered in years. And you could trust me on this. I see a lot of MD, specialist and I don't if it is my luck or my look, but I have never encountered the resistance of your staff. If you can't handle so many client, don't overload yourself. It is ridiculous.

Dr. Acon did my delivery at memorial west See was very co-operative and i received the emotional support i needed.

I had a great experience with Dr. Acon. She is excellent!

Dr. Acon is amazing. She is very thoughtful and very knowledgeable. She the first doctor I know to give out her personal number to call her for any issues.

I went to the office to see the dr. i had to wait about an hour but it was worth it Dr Acon and her staff are the great. Yes i had to wait but the girls were nice to me. I had questions regarding my insurance and Grisel the office manager who happens to be the billing person helped me. My primary dr didn't send the auth to the office so Grisel helped me with getting the authorization. They were worth the wait... I recommend this office to everyone...…. Trust me, the wait is worth it....

I had requested to speak over the phone with the physician to obtain a medical note regarding my care history but was met with an acrimonious office manager who proceeded to battle with me, related to me in terms that are often used to gesture towards African Americans and when I cautioned her to stop, she decided to hang up the phone on me. I was told that to see her for my request and complaint of staff would cost $150

Horrible!!!!! Does not care for her patients, very condescending attitude. No compasión or empathy at all! Does not deserve to have the job she has.
