I only need to make one comment on his pathetic response to my call to him while I was in the 13th hour of a heavily bleeding 2nd trimester miscarriage and he asked me to call him back twice, without answering either time. I was in the middle of Yosemite, with no access to a hospital and because it wasn't life-threatening, I didn't want to call 911. I merely wanted his advice. His nurse's comment to me, verbatim "if you don't want to call 911, you'll have to bleed to death." Disgusting.
