I wanted to express my concerns about my recent experience at the office. Firstly, the phone service was quite disappointing. Besie kept me on hold for an extended period and I felt disregarded, as though she had forgotten about me. When she finally returned to the call, she sounded rushed and uninterested in assisting me. My face-to-face interaction was also unsatisfactory. The Physician's Assistant (PA) provided a lackluster service - a stark contrast to my visit last year with Karin. The PA seemed to be in a rush, speaking too fast and treating me as though I was on a factory conveyor belt rather than receiving personalized care. I truly believe the quality of service at this office needs improvement. The core values of client-centric service appear to be missing.

Dr. Krawiecki is the best hand surgeon in Florida! My 75 year old mom broke her wrist, after the emergency room and 2 orthos we found Dr. K and so happy we did. He took his time and explained everything he was going to do and really spent time care fully putting it all back together during surgery since there was some shattered bones. Highly recommend him and his staff is just as amazing as he is. Super friendly, clean and organized. So grateful for him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Krawiecki for the last 10 years, and there are not enough good words to say about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient and every one is his practice is very friendly and polite.Through the years, he has performed multiple surgeries in my hands and fingers, and every one of the surgeries has been a successful procedure.The visits are always right on schedule, and never rushed.He takes the time to listen to your concerns and always gives you the best advice and choices depending on your condition.

He is very caring and easy to talk too. Wonderful staff!

My elderly mother had a hand problem with and was experiencing a lot of pain. She had been to rheumatologists who performed injections that were painful and produced little if any relief. Dr. K did a very thorough exam and took his time asking questions. He takes a very conservative approach (which I appreciated since this was my mother's first visit to him). I can't say enough good things about his demeanor and his concern for the patient. I left with the feeling that he was very committed to treating my mother's condition and would not be satisfied until her pain had been aleviated.

Hand issue? You have to see Dr. Alexander Krawiecki at the Aventura Hand Center! He is just the best! He’s super personable, listens to patients’ concerns, then discusses recommendations for the least invasive course(s) of action, immediate and if necessary, in future. He has the best staff, both in his office and at the nearby Surgery Center where he does procedures that are better conducted offsite of his office. During my first visit, he explained Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and how to relieve the increasing hand pain now, and if necessary after a few months, to consider possible minor surgery for, which turned out, was required. After 2+ years of frequent numbness and pain in right hand, neurological tests, PT (no dice), I finally have my hand back and it took only a few months! I wish someone had told me about Dr. Krawiecki back when the pain and numbness started. Thank you, Doctor, for your expert knowledge and for truly caring about your patients!

After having surgery in nyc by a top hand surgeon for a severed tendon, Dr K saved my finger. He is skilled, compassionate and he liistens. His staff is fantastic.

Best doctor you could hope for. The doctor who saved my finger from being amputated! Listens to details and takes his time with each patient. His staff is very warm and friendly. Highly recommend!!

My experience with Dr. Krawiecki was the absolute best in every way from beginning to end. Making appointments, very little wait in the waiting room, very wonderful staff and just love, love, love the doctor from consultation all the way from a wrist fracture through surgery in the Aventura Surgery Center for my trigger thumb. He was the best listener, extremely sweet and patient and guided me with his honest recommendation for my problem. I would recommend him extremely highly to anybody needing a hand surgeon and it feels good just knowing that I have a doctor I can trust for any other future issues.

I have had the absolute honor and pleasure of working with Dr.Krawiecki for many years and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. The young man that decided to describe me as aggressive and lacking compassion is one that should re-evaluate himself, as I will cordially and peacefully defend our staff if you disrespect our business. We don’t and will not tolerate disrespect, by any means, which is what you displayed yet failed to mention. I am trying to make an appointment for two days... left three messages. No one to actually answer the phone. Very discouraging.

Was a patient who took my business elsewhere!!! Called the office to say I was running 10 minutes late (they said okay) arrived 10 minutes latter and now they wanted to reschedule me after driving 30 minutes. Waiting room was empty and Mrs. Jones’ lack of compassion and aggressive attitude is not worth rescheduling.

Two surgeries. One for broken wrist with metal implant and another surgery for Dupuytrens Contracture (hereditary contracture of fingers). Excellent surgeon. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Terrific bedside manner and really listens to patients. Terrific.

Dr. Krawiecki is excellent. He is very patient, caring, answers all questions, explains everything thoroughly, is a great listener and gives one all the time one needs...never felt rushed. His staff is also excellent. I highly recommend him. Wish all Doctors were like him.

Went to him for a second opinion and all my questions were answered. I was in so much pain and he helped me out. He explained everything to me in a manner that made sense. He took the growth out which no other doctor could because they all wanted it to be a hospital procedure. Other doctors wanted to take my entire nail off and he didn’t bc it wasn’t necessary. I’m beyond happy with his work. Now I no longer have to be in pain. It was months of unnecessary pain. Glad to have found him! He’s highly recommend! He actually cares about people, that’s something you hardly will find with doctors.

Six weeks ago, I fell and suffered a wrist fracture plus a type of dislocation. I chose surgery involving the plate and screws. The entire procedure from the initial visit to the surgery and two follow-up appointments have been fully professional and with a genuine courtesy. As a pianist, I am over-joyed with the quick recovery to the left hand. I'm not only playing again but playing well. I would like to thank Dr. Krawiecki and his staff at Aventura Hand Center. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alexander Krawiecki. I have been to so many doctor's that just took x-rays and told me my bones looked good and then shoved me out their door. I have had a lump on my wrist for years. I would ask every Dr. and always got a response of, "I don't know " Dr. Krawiecki took my x-rays and told me my bones looked great. I thought oh no, here we go again. I almost fell out of my chair, when he said "But something is wrong here". Halaluya! Not only is he sending me to the kind if specialist I need to see, he told me what the lump on my wrist was! I wouldn't want to see anyone else but him for my hands!
