Very knowledgeable Doctor. Staff were kind and efficient.

One medical staff person I saw before seeing doctor had her mask on so loose that it nearly fell off. I asked her to correct it. Her answer was “I really don’t care.” I told the doctor who first sided with her saying I heard wrong! I said no. She finally agreed it was too loose. I asked for a copy of my records. I was told would be mailed to me. I just got invoice for $8.32 from a medical records company. Was never told I was being billed. Will never return.

Dr. Callahan is great. She answered all of my questions and put me on a treatment plan that so far is working great. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything very easily. I would definitely recommend her.

I have POA for my elderly father and find that the office of Dr. Callahan rarely if ever answers their phone, disregards pre-visit information that I provide, doesn't call me back when I have a question, forgets to call-in prescriptions, doesn't upload appointment information and aftercare instructions to my Dad's UH online health history, and generally makes it difficult for me to take care of my father's health. In the future I'll have Dad go to a dermatologist that's willing to help rather than stand in our way.

I had the most awful experience at this office. The nurse walked into the treatment room not gloves, wearing Uggs, and an Under Armour sweatshirt. She did not identify herself to me, she just started the biopsy. Again not wearing gloves and not washing her hands. I was then called by the office to inform me that the skin biopsy did not give them clear results, but to "let me know if the cream doesn't work." I was then billed a ridiculous amount, even after insurance. I got no answers, was seen by the doctor for 5 minutes tops, and stuck with a huge bill. You wait extremely long to have little time with the doctor and to be given no answers. Not to mention the nurse is beyond unprofessional. UHC would not let me write a review on their site, as "the link expired."
