Didn't address main concerns, no follow up
I saw Dr. Vohora in 2022 with recurring infected genital wounds, long term fatigue, and frequent sickness. Despite explaining that I had been tested multiple times for herpes, and that the herpes medication never improved my last recurrence, he wanted to retest for herpes. I was diagnosed with herpes based on a positive IGM test. IGM tests can react with similar viruses and aren't recommended as diagnosis for herpes on their own. I have never tested positive since. As for my fatigue, according to his notes he 'counseled' me on my diet and exercise and ran a basic blood panel. No follow up when results were normal. Reviewing the notes from my appointment, many of my symptoms were not noted. I felt unheard, and like my provider did not believe me or take my symptoms seriously.I saw a different provider, who was significantly more thorough and identified symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome. After tests to confirm, I was put on medication which resolved all of my problems.
