Went to the doctor to take my infusion for ulcerative colitis, the doctor and the nurse said that they could not find any veins and that my veins are very tiny, so they said ok we will reschedule your medicine to come and take it after two weeks, after that the day if the appt. actually an hour before the appt. the nurse called me and said we forgot to order the medicine, then the doctor called me again and said I cannot give you this medicine until you get a port installed in order for me to give you the medicine, because I don’t want to waste my time with you. The doctor was really rude, so I asked my GI about this and he said this doctor does not know anything everything he said to you was wrong. Also the lady on the front desk is really rude and yelling at customers every time using offensive words. This is not a doctor he is a sales man or a dealer.
