unresponsive and unprofessional office
Review is for the administrative staff and office. Never got to see the doctor. Tried to make an appointment based on the apparently positive reviews. But they only take blood work by fax. Their office indicated that an intake coordinator would review my request for an appointment and let me know within 24 hours whether they would grant me one.Sent the fax, called to confirm that they received it. Never got a callback (it's been a month at this point). If you need a hematologist, better to just call New York Cancer & Blood. At least they're responsible and responsive. They've got their act together and can communicate via modern means (like email, patient portals).
