No Longer Accepts Insurance
After losing health insurance due to job loss in Jan 2023, I cancelled my appointments. Now gainfully employed with insurance, I called to schedule an appointment only to find out they are self-pay and no longer accept insurance. An office visit ranges from $90 to $375 but they are unable to tell you how much the visit will cost before the appointment because it 'depends on what is discussed'.Prior to the change on May 1st, 2024, the rule was no more than 3 items could be discussed during each visit and like others have mentioned, he is in, out, and on to the next patient. I did not mind this and felt like he did take care of me though I was not able to lose any weight under his care which isn't his fault. What really upset me is when I asked the lady if the rule was still in place and she was unable to answer the question. Now I am stuck finding another primary care provider.Good luck, Doc! I guess some people can pay $1200 month for insurance and $375 for an appointment. Not me!

GHOST DOCTOR
First visits were good, sincerely believe the doctor cares about his patients. However, when we needed a doctor the most, like being in the hospital because of heart issues and accidents from falling down, you cannot get an appointment with him for weeks, or even speak with him .... you can try to schedule a zoom meeting with him, if you can get it to work 90 - 150 dollars. While in the hospital we continually let them know Dr. Nally was our primary family physician and everything should be sent to him. Many efforts were made to contact him and it never happened. Now out of hospital till a pacemaker can be implanted and tried once again to reach our primary doctor, Dr. Nalley, and was basically told to find another doctor. Wow, and that was from his staff. So we now refer to Dr. Nally as a ghost doctor. Gave him a 5 star so you would read this and be aware of his ghost practice.

I've been seeing Dr Nally for 8-9 years. I've been a diabetic for approximately 27 -28 years. Dr Nally has guided me in keeping it in control better than anyone before him. I know he will explain things to me, and doesn't chastize me if I slip up now and then. I know that he is a person that is continuously learning about improvements and approaches. He has the heart of a teacher. He is a bit hyper, but I'll take that over having a slower, but not improving doc. I always get my lab report from Sonora Quest before I go to my quarterly appointment. By reading those first, I prepare a list of 2-3 things where I want either explaination, or advise on how to adjust those tests over time.

Genius!!
I've been seeing Nally for about 3 years now and the education I've received from him has been priceless to me. I've struggled with Type 2 Diabetes for 23 years, having doctors teach me nothing about how to eat for this nightmare condition. I've been fighting off every known medication that every doctor has tried to push...to spare worse complications and struggled to lose weight for years! Dr. Nally taught me how to eat to control this condition...something the ADA has NO knowlege of doing...they advocate eating the total opposite and Diabetes is worse today in society than ever. I am now off ALL diabetic meds and the detailed way Nally has taught me to eat has been a miracle in my life! If all doctors understood what Nally has researched for years to understand, Type 2 Diabetes would NO LONGER exist! Thank you SO MUCH Dr. Nally!!!

Absolutely love Dr. Nally
We have been going to Dr. Nally for a few years and absolutely love him and his staff. Wait time has always been fairly quick. Love how I can get my blood work done in the same office as well. He has even called me to help me on the weekend when I wasn’t feeling very well and called again to check up on me. All on what should have been his time off. He is a Dr. who truly cares. He also was a former air-force physician so he has a lot of knowledge. We love his stance on things and have been very happy with the care we receive from him. The staff is amazing and genuinely sweet. We have recommended him to our local friends.

Wait, wait, wait for lab results. Last blood work performed August 8th, I called Oct 8th and he still has not reviewed results. A different doctor had also ran tests on Oct 8th and contacted me Oct 16 to inform me I should contact Dr. Nally because I had a big change in my anemia. Very difficult to contact anyone at Dr. Nally's office. When we first started using Dr. Nally as our primary care physician, he was quick to follow up on labs, spent lots of time during appointments and completely answered all concerns. Recently, he has been extremely slow with lab follow up and rushes through office visits. Might consider spending less time on his "Dr Muscles" Keto blog/live feed and promotion of supplements and more time on paperwork.

Dr. Nally is very thorough and answered all of my questions. I’ve never been to a Doctor who was so exhaustive and took the time with me that he did. I like the supports that he puts in place as well. If you don’t want it, you don’t have to buy them but they are there if you need them. I also switched my children and husband over to the practice. It was so refreshing to hear them ask about eating habits and talk about the importance of healthy eating! They weren’t so quick to just offer a pill!

Adam Nally and Jenna Lightfoot put me into a downward spiral. Glucose reading of 102 and he wanted me on 20 carbs per day. Weight went from 158 to 140. Got high cholesterol which I never had before. Got very ill. Went back to old doctor even though I have to drive 51 mi. to his new office. He looked at me and said I was undernourished. Took 9 months to get me health back. Nally's one size fits all approach to medicine is barbaric.

My husband saw Dr. Nally for 6 years. Our main complaints - very inconvenient office hours, it would take at least 1-2 weeks to have a prescription printed off and signed every time a new one was needed, never even actually saw Dr. Nally, only the PA. Called first thing Friday morning once while out of state to see if he should go to urgent care because he was coughing up blood and panicked. He was sent to the nurses line, left a message and NEVER got called back - this was the last straw.

Saw him for several years. In the beginning he & his staff were wonderful but as time went on Dr. Nally became much more concerned with rushing into the room asking what was wrong giving you a quick/brief answer & then moving on to the next patient. He used to take the time to read your chart & know what was going on before he came into exam room but slowly he got to the point were he hardly even glanced at your chart. Quality of care was no longer the most important thing. Would not recommend.
