Lumbar surgery
Dr Burdick is a GREAT surgeon!I'm one month post op from lumbar surgery and I feel exceptionally good. This was my 6th lumbar surgery, the only one done by Dr. Burdick, and it was by FAR the best outcome of them all, hands down.Highest recommendation!

TALENTED LIFE CHANGING SURGEON
Dr. Burdick performed deep brain stimulation surgery on me. He exuded confidence and made me feel hopeful about the surgery which was a success. He's a great guy too with a terrific sense of humor. It seems to me that all the negative reviews about him being rude are written by the same person. Judge for yourself when you meet him. Dr. Burdick is both a great neurosurgeon and person.

Quickly in & out of my room. Rude, arrogant, dismissive, & failed to assist me. Then lied in writing his progress notes in conflict with OR notes of Dr Uchiayama my surgeon.

Excellent. Met with Dr. Burdick to discuss DBS (deep brain surgery) for Parkinson's. Dr. Burdick answered my questions and preformed the surgery. I'd strongly recommend Dr. Burdick.

Dissmissive, rude, and not current with medical advances. I asked about the use of a prescription and he answered, "every treatment has risks and we want to avoid risks." Exact quote. He said nothing more. He then stared at me for 10 straight seconds in silence.

Dr. Adam Burdick (neurosurgeon) is the worst doctor I have ever seen/met. He was dismissive, condescending, cocky, and unempathetic. I could go on and on to describe his extremely horrible bedside manner. I refuse to have someone with his negative demeanor to treat me and, therefore, requested another neurosurgeon to treat my pituitary tumor and symptoms. Doctors should have empathy and kindness for their patients. Dr. Burdick has neither qualities and many others. My visit with Dr. Burdick left me feeling even worse.

I was referred to Dr. Burdick by my primary care physician. Dr. Burdick spent close to an hour with me, explaining the procedure I asked him about. He answered all of my questions, and I left feeling really positive about my future. Dr. Burdick has a very calm manner about himself, and showed me great respect. I am so glad to be in his care.
