Policy failure
I loved dr. Holbrook up until recently and I have been with the practice through my last two high risk pregnancies and a miscarriage. The last appointment I had was mis-scheduled as a checkup when I needed something specific and it was even noted as such when I called the woman then had to change the day which i was unaware but counted against me for some reason as a day I had missed and when the day came that it was changed to I did end up having to miss as the team is well aware I'm a single mom of 2 boys and 1 of them came down with covid so i did inevitably miss the next scheduled appointment and now I have been dismissed from the practice for 2 missed appointments. When I tried to call to speak to them women who I thought of as VERY respectful when I was a patient, they treated me very disrespectful and were not helpful at all now and I received nothing but 'Dr. Holbrook signed off on it and what Dr. Holbrook says goes.' well thanks.

Dr Holbrook is the best doctor I have ever had. I would recommend her to anyone that needs gynecological care. She is truly exceptional at what she does, very skilled . She Is compassionate and explained things very well to me. My gynecological surgical procedure went extremely well abd I'm grateful that Dr Holbrook is my Doctor. She is a gem both personally and professionally.
