Dr. Patel took care of my mother for the 1st time this week. She was one of the most caring and thoughtful drs we have come in contact with. Not only was she genuinely concerned about everything my mom has been through, she spent a lot of time with her and had me on the phone to help answer questions. Dr. Patel also spoke to me on the phone again after the appt to make sure I understood what was going on. To make this experience even more personal, she spoke to us the following day to ensure everything was going ok. More doctors should be as thorough and caring as Dr. Patel!

When I was in the ER, Dr Patel took excellent care of me and followed up the next day. Her level of attention and care in her office is no less than excellent. Even after my visit she followed up with me through the my chart system with next steps we can take and had my well being in mind.

The first time I met Dr. Patel she let me know that she would treat me exactly the way she would like her father to be cared for. That was exactly what she did and I found her to be one of the most caring and patient-focused physicians I have ever met. She makes eye contact, touches reassuringly and listens carefully to my questions and concerns. She truly wants the very best for her patients and does not hesitate to refer to others for tests/procedures not available in her practice. She follows up after tests and/or procedures and offers practical solutions for healthcare issues. I would strongly recommend her to others seeking kind, compassionate cardiac care

Dr. Patel is the best cardiologist I ever had. She is kind, caring, extremely competent and very professional. I had a stroke which was cardiac related. Dr. Patel surgically implanted a cardiac loop recorder to monitor my cardiac rate. If I had any irregular rhythms she would personally call me to check on my status then I would follow up with an appointment her. This is the type of care I saw from physicians 20 years ago. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to any patient who needs to be seen by a cardiologist

Dr. Aarti Patel provided me with the most comprehensive and professional care I have ever received from a doctor. She fully explains things in a way that I can easily understand, takes as much time as necessary to understand my needs and she is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Patel is my mother's cardiologist. Right from the start, she was kind, patient and attentive to all of my mom's concerns. She was thorough and generous with her time, never rushing us and answering our questions. Moreover, she was part of small team of doctors who ultimately saved my mom's life during a crisis in the hospital. Without hesitation, I highly recommend her.

I was admitted to Centra State Hospital on Fathers Day last year, upon being transferred to Deborah hospital, Dr. Patel visited me in my room, She confirmed my condition, I began to cry, She held my hand and assured me everything would be ok and I was in good hands. All went well with my procedure. She is the kindest and most caring Doctors I have ever visited, wish more doctors cared as much as she does about her patients.

In my 25 years as a RNC at Cornell Medical Center NYC, I have never experienced a more professional,caring, concerned and capable physician, and I have been around doctors many years. Dr Patel cared for my 88 year old mother during COVID 19 restrictions. Mom required extensive cardiac intervention, including emergency pacemaker insertion. Dr Patel was called in at 10 pm on a weekend (Sunday night). She in no other words “saved our mothers life”. Her follow up communication was consistent and calming, kept our entire family up to date on lab results and prognosis. First, can you give less than one star? She is truly the most condescending Doctor we have ever come in contact with. Our 86 year old Mother was in the hospital not doing well. Every member of our family called her office asking her to PLEASE give us a call and help us understand why she was doing so poorly. When Dr. Patel finally paid us a visit a day and a half later her first comment was that her staff was annoyed that our family Bombarded them with calls. Her response was that it wouldn't have happened if she had the decency to return even one of the calls. Her bedside manner is contemptible and we would avoid her treating anyone you care about for even a cold.

I met Dr. Aarti Patel, Garden State Heart Care, after I was admitted to CentraState Hospital. Dr Patel determined that I required a pacemaker. Dr. Patel displayed exceptional cardiac and medical knowledge as well as a very pleasant bedside manner as she discussed my condition with my wife and I. She is not my regular Doctor,but somone in the front office changed my appointment ,and my Doctor.My total interaction with her lasted about 5-10 minutes,and in that time it felt like I was being interrogated.She never once asked about my diet,exercise or lifestyle.When I got home,I saw on my patient portal,she wrote that she counseled me extensively on diet,exercise,and lifestyle changes.That never happened,and when I emailed her asking her to correct the false information,no reply.
