Aaron Lloyd, MD is a Caring Pain Specialist
I was referred to Dr Lloyd in 2017 for Epidural Spinal Injections for as long as they relieved my pain. My Back Surgeon said my only real option was surgery. Well, with Dr. Lloyd's help, I have reduced the pain to a easy level where injections last for 6 to 8 months. It is now 2024 and at 83 years old, I know I no longer have surgery in my future. Dr Lloyd listens, provides his expertise, and then together we tackled my pain problems. He and his staff have never let me down. I praise his work and recommend him to everyone.

Skilled and professional pain management physician
I have chronic back pain from a lifetime of sports as well as working a heavy and repetitive job in logistics - or trucking. After surgery has repaired what can be fixed, you're left with chronic pain. Dr. Lloyd understands your pain is real after reviewing your chart and provides you with the requisite pain medication to manage your pain effectively. The amount of medication you take is monitored both by you as the patient and by the practice so this is a professional practice. Dr. Lloyd also performs facet joint injections and radiofrequency ablations to provide relief for my back pain which has been extremely effective. You are also followed by a very caring and professional PA and staff throughout your treatment. I recommend Dr. Lloyd to any person who is tired of hitting dead ends seeking solutions for their pain, he is amazing and I give thanks for him almost daily.

Very personable, very helpful and discussed treatment and I was convinced that I could trust him I would NOT experience the pain with the procedure that I had with a previous provider. I did not feel rushed with my appointment. Took time and felt very comfortable answering all my questions. Would highly recommend him for his professional services.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Lloyd to friends or family. He is a kind and compassionate physician with an additional quality that is difficult to find in a doctor - he is easy to talk to. He and his staff routinely re-enforce that they care about me as a patient, whether it's by squeezing me into their schedule for a last minute appointment or telling me that my blood pressure has improved since my last visit and to keep up what ever I am doing.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lloyd's for several years. He has treated me for my neck and shoulder pain. He's the best pain doc in DFW and is highly recommended. He is very smart and intelligent and explains his treatment plans thoroughly. His Nurse Practitioners are also the best and very pleasant each time I see them. His staff knows my name without me even telling them when I see them! That's how attentive they are to their patients.

SIMPLY. THE .BEST. - Dr. Lloyd is my Knight in shining armor. After being in excruciating pain for a month, each day worse than the day before, I finally gave into to seeing a 'pain doctor'. Not only was Dr. Lloyd able to relieve the pain that had almost crippled me he explained in a very easy to understand manner what started the pain and what made it worse. He help me reset unrealistic expectations of my body, gave me practical advice, and gave me back my life.

Dr. Lloyd is the best doctor I've been to! Other doctors were unable to figure out what was going on with me. Dr Lloyd takes the time to really listen, explain, & answer questions. It's obvious he genuinely cares about his patients. I also like seeing his Nurse Practitioner, Gwen. She's also very knowledgeable & compassionate. Highly recommend this team!

You may never get to actually meet Dr. Lloyd. His staff is so rude and inflexible it was unbelievable. Our PA "Gwen" was down right scary. She was so unprofessional, rude and cold to my elderly mother (who was in severe pain) that she was in tears when we left. BEWARE - my mother missed her appointment because she was having kidney stone surgery, we cancelled with several days notice and she was sent a notorized letter dismissing her from the practice. We never met Dr. Lloyd during the 2mos
