Biography: Michael Longo, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in echocardiography, valvular heart disease and preventive cardiology. _x000D_ Dr. Longo enjoys getting to know his patients. He listens to them to understand their concerns and find out what they are interested in doing, then tailors their treatment accordingly. He is able to provide a collaborative approach to patient care that takes into consideration the expertise of other professionals, such as interventional cardiologists and thoracic surgeons, resulting in the right care for the right patient at the right time. Biography: Srinidhi Meera, MD, is a non-invasive cardiologist who is passionate in the management of a variety of heart conditions using the most updated, guideline-directed and evidence-based care. She has a special interest in cardiovascular diagnostic imaging as well. Dr. Meera enjoys getting to know her patients and educating them about their disease. Her approach is to consider the unique characteristics that are at play with each patient and come up with a shared decision in partnership with her patient.Dr. Meera is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and Society of Cardiovascular Computerized Tomography. She is a fellow with the American College of Cardiology.Away from work, she practices yoga and enjoys reading, travel and hiking.

Biography: Mariko Harper, MD, FACC is a board-certified cardiologist who specializes in all aspects of adult cardiology including: coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, genetic/infiltrative cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and heart failure. She has a special expertise in advanced heart failure and advanced cardiac imaging with additional training and board certifications in both echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. _x000D_ Dr. Harper serves as the Medical Director of The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Under her direction, she has created a regional center providing an individualized approach to the diagnosis, genetic testing, advanced cardiac imaging and medical/surgical management of patients with HCM. Each patient is reviewed by a multidisciplinary team of physicians and treatment plans are designed with patient input, using a shared decision making model. The HCM Center offers comprehensive HCM treatments including: medical therapy, defibrillator implantation, alcohol septal ablation and surgical septal myectomy. The HCM Center is also one of the first centers in the PNW to offer the recently FDA-approved novel HCM medication mavacamten (Camzyos®) through a comprehensive drug safety program. She also serves as a principal investigator for ongoing HCM clinical trials. _x000D_ Dr. Harper has authored and published multiple peer reviewed articles and book chapters in a wide range of topics in cardiology. She has been an invited speaker at both national and regional meetings on topics including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, hyperlipidemia, and preventive cardiology. Following her passion for patient education and cardiovascular disease prevention, she is also one of the course directors for the ``Food Is Medicine`` continuing medical education lecture series at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Dr. Harper believes in patient-centered and patient-driven care. She emphasizes the importance of shared clinical decision making, with open dialogue between the patient and the entirety of the patient's multidisciplinary care team. _x000D_ Dr. Harper has been recognized as a Seattle Met Top Doctor in 2021 and 2022. _x000D_ In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, running and spending time with her family.
