Biography: Roxanne Robbins, APRN received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT in 2016 and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College in Piqua, OH in 2013. Roxanne is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurses Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2013. She brought six years of experience as an intensive care nurse to her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Kathy Streb, APRN-CNP, ACNP-BC received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2007 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002, both from Wright State University. She received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Edison State Community College in 1984. Kathy is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Biography: De Ann Osterman, PA-C, received an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College then furthered her education obtaining a Bachelor of Science in a Physician Assistance Program and graduating Suma Cum Laude at Kettering College of Medical Arts. Her responsibilities now include assisting the physician in providing a complete history, assessment, diagnosis and plan for new and existing cardiac patients and making daily rounds of inpatients, reporting to the physician immediately if any complication arise. Osterman is NCCPA certified and Board certified in the state of Ohio. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Ohio Academy of Physician Assistants and the Clinton Trott Physician Assistant Student Society.

Biography: Shella Baker-Trego, CNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Ohio in Toledo, OH in 2019 and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Urbana University in 2004. She received her nursing diploma from Community Hospital School of Nursing in 2004 and her paramedic degree from Clark State Community College in Springfield, OH in 1991. Shella is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Shella boasts a diverse healthcare background spanning over 36 years, including 19 years focused on cardiovascular lab nursing and several years' experience as a transport nurse and paramedic.

Biography: Emily Bengston, PA, received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Emily is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American College of Cardiology. Emily helps patients manage of a wide spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart arrhythmias, heart failure, heart valve abnormalities, and coronary artery disease. Her services may include performing procedures such as pacemaker interrogation. Emily is dedicated to educating her patients, believing that a thorough understanding of their cardiovascular condition is key to their active participation in care. Her experience has shown that patients are more likely to follow recommendations when they understand the rationale behind them. Emily strongly advocates for a team-oriented approach to healthcare, where both the provider and the patient play vital roles. She emphasizes the significant impact of lifestyle changes on overall health, particularly within the cardiovascular system, alongside the benefits of modern medicine. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. Jamie is board certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jamie has a special interest in cardiology and provides comprehensive care for patients with hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary hypertension, coronary artery disease, and valvular heart disease. As part of the Premier Cardiovascular Institute team, Jamie's work is varied, spanning hospital, outpatient clinic, and intensive care unit settings which keeps her workday interesting and diverse. She finds that one of the most rewarding aspects of working as a cardiology provider is educating patients on managing heart conditions to help them understand how lifestyle changes, medication, and monitoring can improve their heart health and overall well-being. Outside of her professional life, Jamie enjoys backpacking, running, and watching her sons play sports.
