Biography: Dr. Matthew Montgomery is an interventional heart failure cardiologist on the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Team. Dr. Montgomery's specialties include advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, heart transplantation and coronary interventions. Prior to coming to Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Jersey City Medical Center, he worked as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at Morristown Medical Center, Aria-Jefferson Health, and Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia.
