After residency, she completed her fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center.She is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, the American Society of Echocardiography, and National Lipid Association. She has published in the International Journal of Cardiology, the Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography, the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, as well as presented at several national cardiology conferences.

Biography: Dr. David Majure is the Medical Director of the Heart Transplant Service at Weill Cornell Medicine. He specializes in the care of patients with heart failure, patients requiring or who have a heart transplant or ventricular assist device (LVAD), and patients with pulmonary hypertension.Dr. Majure received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as well as a Masters in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Biography: Dr. Pirmohamedis an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and New York Presbyterian Hospital. As a specialist in Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular Medicine he interprets and performs stress tests, echocardiograms, vascular ultrasounds and consults on the wards of New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital. Dr. Pirmohamed was born in Silver Spring, Maryland and moved to Washington D.C. for his early education. He attended Georgetown University, earning his undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish before staying to complete his medical degree.
