Dr Jacob saved my kidney in 2022…I find her very caring & highly respected during my stay at Unity Point! There were no kidney Drs available there..and over she came from OSF..took charge & today…I’m only seeing here yearly…I can’t thank her enough for all she did for me..

He really cares about what he does, and knows a lot about it. He seemed like he also cared when he was my doctor. I think Dr. Samuel is really good at what he does and helped me tremendously.
