My visit for a skin check was fine; nothing bad, nothing exceptional. However, I ended up having a biopsy and was told I'd get a call and it could be 14 days. I waited for over 3 weeks and finally started reaching out. First by message via the website (couldn't locate the patient portal). No response. Then, after 4 weeks I called the nurse line; the recording says the call will be returned within 24 business hours. No response. Tried again at well over a month since the biopsy. Left second message on nurse line. No response. Eventually drove to the clinic (very out of my way) and was 'greeted' with hostility by the front desk people. They won't take any responsibility despite being the face of the practice and had only excuses. I was clearing irritating her by asking for my results. As I left the desk, another patient who was apparently listening said jokingly 'it's never their fault; it's YOUR fault' to which we both rolled our eyes.
