I cannot stand their RN Courtney (with Dr Edelman) - she is rude and just lied to me on the phone. I have been desperately trying to get my medicine's prior authorization through for my eosiniphilic ensophagitis. I cannot swallow food without it. I am out of my medicine. Last appointment I had was in the Fall of 2023 via telehealth and I didn't realize I needed to make an appointment. I recently made an appointment and I can't be seen until this fall. She keeps saying 'we haven't seen you in years' as that is an excuse for not calling to prior auth the meds. Additionally, today on the phone at 4 PM she said she couldn't call because the office is closed. Their office hours are stated as being open M-F until 4:30 p on the website. Then someone called me back and said my insurance couldn't be called because they were closed. I called my insurance and they said they can make a decision immediately on the phone if someone would call them. They also told me they are open until 11 PM M-F.
