The root canal went great however, Customer service was TRASH. And I usually don’t leave reviews but when calling with questions about billing, ANGELA, was very rude and told me “if you have a problem with that you need to be calling the insurance. Not us!” when asking for her name she hung up in my face. Asked to speak to a manager the next day. SUSAN claims to be a manager but says they do not record the calls to see how Angela was being rude to me and also said they don’t file complaints. When I told her the story her response was “ok….” She also said there is no corporate number and she is the boss… and doesn’t understand my problem… if only I could give 0 stars. They don’t care about how their receptionist treats clients. Highly do not recommend!
