Dr. Bruce Overton, DDS

I have anxiety when it comes to working in my mouth… even a simple tooth cleaning is stressful. Dr Overton put me at ease , was extremely patient with me and even explained every bit of the root canal procedure to me as he was doing it. I cannot remember his assistants name but she was just as kind and comforting as well. If I have to have another root canal he’s my go to person hands down! Worth the one and a half hour drive for sure.

Rude, gruff, angry bedside manner. Questions irritate the man and remain unanswered. He is more suited as a car mechanic with the speed and rough treatment. His instruments hit my teeth and lips repeatedly due to his entry and exit velocity.

Practice fit me in at very short notice for a root canal. Short wait before treatment. Dr Overton was energetic, informative, cheerful, professional and FAST. I was really pleased with the visit and follow up. I’m probably in a minority that says they enjoyed their root canal

I saw Dr. Overton for a root canal - I had never had one before. My tooth had been causing me pain for a few months. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure upfront. During the procedure he talked me through each step and often let me know how much time was left until he was done - both were very helpful to calm my nerves. His assistant was great as well. The morning after the procedure he called to check to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing a root canal.

I went in for a for a difficult root canal and Dr.Overton did a fantastic job. I felt no pain or discomfort and he was always concerned for my well being during the entire procedure and explained what was happening. He gets 5 stars for amazing work and patient care! Blessed to have him in our area!

Dr. Overton explained the root canal procedure in advance and pretty much eliminated my nervousness, which was based on misinformation from friends, the public domain and Steve Martin's cameo in Little Shop of Horrors hahaha. Dr. Overton is an absolute pro, and when/if I have any future endodontic needs, I have zero apprehension coming back to Dominion Endodontics.

My dentist office set up my appointment with Dr Overton for a root canal. During my evaluation part of the appointment, Dr Overton became completely unhinged when he found out my driver was not in the lobby waiting for me. He went on to berate me, made fun of my attire (running shoes and workout pants), told me my friend would ignore me while under the influence of Valium and I would be "wondering the streets naked". Stay away from this angry, aggressive, misogynistic healthcare provider!

Dr. Overton is very professional and very warm and caring, as is his staff. From beginning to end they are focused on your comfort and take great care of you. He personally calls to check on you the next day and gives you his personal number to call if there is a problem. He is extremely good at what he does and explains everything as he goes. Great practice overall.

My wife went in for a root canal. She paid at the beginning of her appointment and then went in for the procedure. She was then told that the appointment was only a consultation and she would not be getting her root canal. She traveled almost two hours to get to her appointment. She told them that she already paid for the root canal and she would like her money back. It's been a week and no refund and she is still getting the run around.

Highly recommend Dr. OVERTON. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, MINIMUM PAIN. EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS. All personal very professional and want you to be comfortable and gladly answer any questions!
