Gastroenterology Assoc of Central VA is a DISGRACE
After being a patient for OVER 15 YEARS I should honestly say that the main office doesn't even deserve 1 star! I called today to see if I could get an emergency appointment due to unexplained rectal bleeding and constipation issues only to be told it would be 2 months from now! In Jan. of this year I had to cancel my appointment because the 1st problem had resolved itself (I cancelled MORE than 24 Hrs. before my appointment so someone else could be seen instead)...seems like the staff just want to punish long time patients! I will be terminating my patient account with them! If you just need a colonoscopy they are ok but, if you need to be seen for other issues please go somewhere else that will care about you!
