Dr. Good, Business Office Not

Same as review below me. Our insurance is not receiving the claim from Dawn and she absolutely does not resubmit. You cannot even get a hold of her or talk to her because she works 1 day a week. Her words 'We send the claim one time and if we so not hear anything it goes to patient responsibility'. We are in the process of getting my husband to a new Endo who I have spoken to and actually do their job of fighting for those claims and wanting to get paid. Because honestly, that is COMPLETELY UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICE! My husband really likes Dr. Cruz but his office is denying his appointments until UHC or we pay, and it is sad. Not like Diabetics can really afford to be missing appointments. If billing person worked more than once a week and did her job, it would be a great place.
