Troubling Symptoms Ignored
My husband was referred to this practice in July. We managed to get an appointment for 4 months later. During this time he developed further symptoms. When he finally got in, the PA refused to discuss the newer symptoms because that wasn't what he was referred for. He is having some kind of test - four months from now. This practice is too overwhelmed to do any good for anybody if you have to wait four months for every appointment.
What went well
  • Wait times
What could be improved
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
